Research Summary
I am interested in lifestyle factors that effect health, especially brain health, throughout the lifespan. Previously a lot of my work focused on factors related to cognitive change/dementia in older adults, but I am also really interested in how lifestyle factors (like diet) evolve over the life course and how early life health shapes later life health.
